Where We Add Value

There are a number of scenarios in today's product development cycle in which traditional manufacturing falls short. Low Mix-High Volume mass production is costly to set up and typically has high minimum order volumes and long lead times. These characteristics are not suitable for applications that involve High Mix-Low Volume runs, rapid prototyping, or mass customization. This is where we come in.

Hix Mix - Low Volume

Not every part requires a quantity of 100,000 pieces or more. Some only require 10 while others require 5000. High up-front costs for injection molds make this a high barrier for low quantity production runs. We eliminate this problem and specialize in producing parts that only require quantites of as low as a single part or as high as 10,000.

Mass Customization

In traditional manufacturing, mass customization is simply not a reality due to the high cost of change-overs and requirements for tooling. We can make every single print unique and customized with zero change-over impact and we can do it faster and cheaper than our competition without compromising quality.

Rapid Prototyping
